Eating of fruits and vegetables is quite beneficial for our health. It helps in maintaining normal working of the body parts as well as general fitness. Various types of juices are an important part of fad diets. They are strongly suggested in all types of weight loss diets. Juices can help in losing weight in a very effective, nutritious way. It allows one to lose some extra fats as well as helps get rid of toxins. One should have a glass of vegetable juice before each meal. This helps in reducing our appetite. Parsley juice and carrot juice helps in maintaining blood sugar levels which also helps in preventing feeling hungry. 


One can make a wide variety of juices using a combination of green vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, cucumber and carrots. It also increases our vitamin intake. Since vegetables are low in sugar and calories as compared to fruits, vegetable juices are more preferred than fruit juices for weight loss. One can use some spices in the juices such as cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, chili powder, cumin, onion powder and garlic powder to support the fat burning process.
